Why did you choose waxing as your hair removal method as a mom-to-be?
I had been toying with the idea of waxing for a while, and I’d occasionally try to fit it in at home instead of shaving because I consider it a longer-lasting method. During pregnancy, though, there was an extra factor: in the third trimester my belly already limited how much I could bend, and some areas were harder to reach — so it felt more practical to leave it to professionals.

What was your biggest concern about waxing as a mom-to-be?
I didn’t have one. 🙂

Did you feel the environment was hygienic and private enough for hair removal?
I’m completely satisfied with both the environment and the staff. I’ve been coming regularly to Vani since September — I’m actually on my way to her right now, my appointment is at 2. 🙂 She’s very warm and friendly, and she works super fast and precisely.

Absolutely! Whenever the occasion comes up, I’ll definitely recommend you (and I already have to friends who aren’t pregnant).

Since I always book with the same person and I don’t really switch, I don’t know everyone — but everyone I’ve been to so far (whether in Debrecen or Budapest) has been very kind, cheerful, and extremely thorough.

I was waxing even before, so it was a given that during my pregnancy I would stick with this hair removal method.

What was your biggest concern about waxing as a mom-to-be?
That because of my limited movement, they might not be able to remove hair from certain parts of the intimate area — but luckily the girls can handle that easily too!

How hygienic and private did you find the environment for hair removal?
The salon is always very clean, hand sanitizer is available, and everyone wears a mask — so I feel completely safe. Thanks to the pull-away partitions, each booth is perfectly separated from the others.

I regularly use the body scrubs, and during my pregnancy I’ve also been caring for my growing belly with shea butter purchased from you. I really love them — I’m completely satisfied with the products: they smell great and there’s a wide selection, so I can easily find gifts in your range as well.

I have no suggestions — just keep everything this great.

What did you notice about your skin after waxing?
My skin feels much softer after every waxing session, which I think is thanks to the soothing creams the beauticians use right after waxing.

I can only speak about Dóri — she’s very kind and likeable. She always tries to do everything in a way that’s most comfortable for me. She pays close attention to whether the position is comfortable, and makes sure I don’t have to stay in an uncomfortable pose for long.

With a reduced range of movement, it’s simply easier if someone else does it.
